Reservations may be made via the booking form, online or by letter/fax or email. We will invoice you on receipt of your booking. Provisional reservations may be made by telephone; these should be confirmed in writing within seven working days. Bookings accompanied by a cheque (for course fee + VAT at the standard rate) will be given priority.

All programmes are non-residential. Should you wish to make accommodation arrangements, contact our course co-ordinator 01359 245141 for details on local hotels.
Full venue details including a map will be provided with joining instructions. Joining instructions will be sent out two weeks before the course commencement.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations/Transfers
Whilst substitutes may be made at any time with no cost penalty (please advise us of any changes before the course), late cancellations will result in the following administration charges:
25-15 working days before course commencement - 50% of fee.
Less than 15 working days - full fee.
There will be a 25% administration fee on all transfers made less than 15 working days before the course.
Albion Management Solutions (AMS) reserves the right to change the designated venue or speaker or both of any event from that described in its published literature.
All information (dates & content) in this portfolio is correct at the time of print. AMS reserves the right to make changes should it be necessary.
AMS also reserves the right at its absolute discretion and without liability to cancel an advertised course due to insufficient bookings or through circumstances beyond its control, in which event the liability of AMS shall be limited to the return of all monies paid.
Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances will AMS be held responsible for any harmful act or default by its servants or agents unless such actual default is reasonably foreseeable and avoidable by the exercise of due care on behalf of AMS as its employer, nor in any event shall AMS be held responsible for loss sustained by the client or nominee due to burglary, theft, fire or any other cause except in so far as such loss is solely attributable to the negligence of the servants or agents of AMS acting within the course of their employment.
The client accepts responsibility for the behaviour of its nominees in full and undertakes to indemnify AMS against damages and/or personal injury caused to its servants, agents or property as a result of the actions or defaults of its nominees whilst on the premises.
Status
The terms and conditions specified above constitute the entire contract between AMS and the client. Where they conflict with any other terms and conditions submitted by the client these provisions will prevail and no additions or variations are capable of being effected unless in writing and signed by an officer of AMS.
