Our company is led by the Managing Director, whose backgrounds is as follows -

Mike Jones has over 25 years experience in the field of management of human resources. He is an experienced Management Consultant and he has previously held Chief Officer posts in the local government service which has included the management of human resources departments. He has also worked for specialist niche practices on major management schemes. He has established an enviable record of success in introducing new systems. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators. He also holds several relevant post-graduate qualifications including a Master of Science Degree in Environmental Management.

He has worked for blue-chip corporate organisations, local authorities, charitable organisations and small private companies.

He has introduced numerous complex management schemes and promoted complex town centre re-development schemes. He has worked on substantial human resource schemes and has advised on the implementation of complex management schemes.

He has also advised on all aspects of environmental management including land contamination, water pollution, waste management and environmental assessments.

Our company also retains the services of a number of technical consultants involved in the field of human resources and general management.
